Two simple cacao ingredients we make in our workshop at the foot of Arunachala.

Cacao beans

We work with cacao in its simplest form — the whole bean, either broken into nibs or stone-ground into mass.

What We Make

Two simple forms of pure cacao.

Cacao Nibs

Small pieces of pure cacao bean kernels. Crunchy, aromatic, and naturally bitter. Often used in baking, smoothies, granola, or eaten as they are.

Cacao Mass

Whole cacao nibs stone-ground into a smooth paste with their natural cocoa butter. Used for chocolate making, cacao drinks, and by many people for traditional cacao gatherings.
